What do you like most?
We were particularly impressed by the fast and competent customer service, as well as the naturally worded AI-generated response suggestions, which noticeably simplify daily work. Overall, Raitify is a user-friendly and reliable solution for efficient review management.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We see room for improvement only in the setup of links, which was sometimes slightly delayed due to a lack of administrator rights on our end. However, this is not Raitify's fault – their support team helped us quickly and competently.
