What do you like most?
The product is VVV user friendly & the tools are very intuitive. Easy view can be customised. All guest feedback & sentiment @ finger tips.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
1- Individual Site view could be further broken down to department view. For ex- the Restaurant manager - can see the overall hotel score but then only the Restaurant details in their profile.

Regarding the feedback on being able to have more broken down views per department, have you checked out Dynamic Dashboards, which came out last week? I think it's going to solve what you're looking for! :-) I will ping Karen to make sure she goes through the options with you and you can set up some cool new dashboards with the relevant indexes for each department.
