What do you like most?
A super solution that makes work easier and enhances the guest experience. We only have a 16-hour front desk, and yet the most important questions can be answered 24 hours a day. The Whatsapp integration is a great addon.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Unfortunately, no proactive messages can be sent via WhatsApp at the moment, but there should be an update later this year.
