What do you like most?
Receiving reservations online has become easier for us. Contact with guests is also somewhat easy. New developments are also very nice.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Creating contacts and entering bookings into the system takes a lot of time. You cannot easily find completed bookings, which means you cannot view previous conversations and bookings. That is not pleasant.
