What do you like most?
Great integrated reservations product. Great knowledge base & support software. Onboarding of new reservations agents is a breeze and very self explanatory. E-learing software and video solution. Reporting offers almost infinite solutions for various data points. Very good CRM tool for email marketing campaign (s). Solid data management. with guest database that is very easy to manage and . Various customer outreach possibilities. Guest survey feedback software is top notch. Their lead management software is significantly helpful and is constantly increasing our outbound revenue by significant numbers. We are in the process of upgrading to their premium features that will include a upsell feature with email campaign s feature, as well.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The server stability was an issue , but it has been resolve d lately with moving into the cloud. Also some features updates did not get released as promised. However their customer service response times have improve d significantly.
