When we encountered a few technical stumbling blocks, the Shiji team didn’t hesitate to bring in the right people. They coordinated Teams calls, involved their specialists, and made sure that the POS system was properly integrated with our accounting software. This smooth integration ensures accurate tracking of our food cost and purchasing, which is critical for managing our margins effectively.
