What do you like most?
The app is very user friendly and it shows that it was done with people that worked in the area, what the hotels need for each situation making very reliable and user friendly. The customer support is also very good, being very fast the resolution or at least a feedback when the resolution is not possible immediately.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The interface connection with out system sometimes is not the best making us having to resort to other options since its not solvable at the moment.
