What do you like most?
I enjoy that I'm able to communicate with the guests as well as my coworkers to improve everybody's experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I dislike that whenever communicating with the guest, we have a limit of characters which makes it extremely difficult whenever I'm trying to lend a good amount of information.
