What do you like most?
Good, fast, and easy software for online voucher creation. An intuitive booking process for guests with various payment options. The backend is self-explanatory, and customer support responds quickly to any questions. A newsletter is provided throughout the year to increase voucher purchase conversions.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We've been customers for over 10 years, and suggestions have always been responded to quickly. A bit more active promotion of news or system updates.
