What do you like most?
Cendyn’s booking engine is very easy to use and has helped us get more direct bookings while making the process smoother for our guests. It’s intuitive and quick, which makes it easy for both our team and our guests to navigate without frustration. The metasearch management tool has been a great asset in keeping our hotel visible across all major channels, which helps us stay competitive with pricing and capture more bookings. It gives us confidence that we’re reaching the right audience and not missing opportunities. The rate parity feature is a big plus, as it helps us catch pricing discrepancies right away and protect both our revenue and our brand reputation. Knowing that these tools are working together in the background allows our team to focus more on guest service and less on manual rate monitoring.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area that could be improved is the reporting dashboard. Adding more customizable and real-time reporting options would make it much easier for our team to track performance, spot trends quickly, and share actionable insights with leadership. Having the ability to filter by specific date ranges, segments, or campaigns in one place would save time and help us make faster, data-driven decisions. It would also be helpful if the booking engine refreshed slightly faster when rates or availability are updated. This would ensure that guests always see the most accurate and up-to-date information, which is especially important during high-demand periods or special events when inventory is changing quickly. These enhancements would make an already strong platform even more efficient and guest-friendly.
