How simple you can contact the guest before arrival, update them about the hotel and the services, you can suggest them up sale, or upgrade, the pre check-in, and the pre check-out is very smooth and simple. Update the guest about any sales the hotel have or any special offers the company make. We can welcome the guest and send offers of the hotel like spa or discount on dinner or lunch. Its very simple program that help the guests and the staff. It help the managers to check the guest questions.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
All is great they are doing great job, maybe they can upgrade the mobile version to be better than now.
