What do you like most?
The feature I like the most is, in our case here at the hotel Chaminade Resort & SPA is that every QR code is individual and unique for each team member, this allows the housekeeping team members to have a sense of belonging, due to this being personalized having their name, this makes the team feeling special, as they will have a business card of their own, as well the way the cards comes in different sizes help them not to carry a heavy weight.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think that the TipBrightly team could improve having more training with the team members, not only in how this is being used, but also on how the path of the guest goes, there is too much misinformation about the cashless tips regarding taxes, how much they get and explaining them, some of the team members believe this overall does not help them and having these training or clarification sections will be greatly appreciated and will be very helpful. If the number of rooms, could be tracked or transferred from ALICE to Hotel effectiveness will be very helpful for us to know how to manage better / Easier weekly reports to know WIN & LOSS / Color coded schedules per positions will be visualy more helpful
