What do you like most?
What we like most about this software is that it has become a salesman. It not only answers various questions in an accurate way. It is also able to sell rooms giving the best option available to the client. We are really pleased with the work this software does and would highly recommend it. The support team is a 10 and is always there to help and improve whatever is needed. It has a back office where you can train the system to improve the scope of knowledge. The truth is that the user experience of the platform is super friendly and simple to use. You get notifications to your WhatsApp when there is a customer who has a query that the AI cannot solve. A technology that is appreciated a lot for the day-to-day. Like all AI, it is surprising how quickly it learns even from the manual responses generated in the chat with customers. I recommend it!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We are working with them to improve sales conversion. The customer seems to come in the first instance to consult all the doubts about our hotel before confirming the reservation, which takes some time. We believe we can go further in building confidence about the product we offer to make the conversion faster and increase the conversion through the chat itself.
