What do you like most?
The Libero system is clear, meets the requirements for smooth work for the wellness reception. The advantage is the simple setup of new and existing services, billing, function for changing the service date within the day. A simple system for the onboarding process of new colleagues.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Setting up availabilities is complicated, there is no option to "select all" when selecting availabilities of rooms and therapists. Retail sales - there is no direct link to print a receipt. To print a document, you must click on the Invoicing, Warehouse system - sales statistics section.
