What do you like most?
When working with an agency, what matters most to me is having access to the knowledge of many specialists and the fact that they have a key advantage over other agencies: - They know the product very well (because they deliver it) and can interpret data that other agencies wouldn’t have access to. - Additionally, they specialize in the industry we operate in, which is extremely valuable.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are times when communication could be faster - however, these situations are occasional and usually happen during peak periods in the industry.
