VOLO has been an excellent partner in managing the iPad systems in our hotel rooms. Their platform is easy to use, and their support team is always quick to respond whenever we need something updated or fixed. Extremely fast response times whenever an issue arises Smooth updates and easy customization of content Consistent reliability of the in-room iPad service VOLO has greatly enhanced our in-room guest experience, and their attentive support team makes all the difference. Whenever we have a problem or need changes or additions, they respond quickly and ensure everything is taken care of right away. Highly recommended for any hotel looking for reliable iPad service.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I honestly don’t think anything needs to be improved. We’ve never had any issues with VOLO, and they consistently provide great service.
