What do you like most?
The ease of use of the channel and that it has an app, so I can manage it from anywhere, I also use the free website template they provide us.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes it disconnects and I don't receive notifications, it's not frequent, but it has happened to us, when it happens I have to manually handle the issue with each channel and it's a bit tedious.
