What do you like most?
The centralized review management and guest feedback analysis are the most valuable features for me. Having guest feedback accessible in one platform makes it easier to monitor our online reputation and share relevant insights with the team to support continuous improvement in the guest experience. What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Enhancing the accuracy of sentiment analysis, particularly for multilingual reviews, would be beneficial. Additionally, will be great to have more flexible reporting options, especially the Deep Dive Analysis where we can easily monitor how our property is doing among other properties within the region.
