What do you like most?
What we value most about MARA Solutions is the ease with which its artificial intelligence allows us to manage and respond to our guests' reviews quickly, professionally, and personally. For a hotel chain like ours, having a tool that streamlines this process is a great advantage, as it allows us to optimize the time spent on online reputation management without sacrificing response quality. The platform facilitates the drafting of coherent responses tailored to each review's content, maintaining a friendly and professional tone. Additionally, it helps us manage the volume of opinions we receive at our different establishments more efficiently. Another aspect we highlight is its intuitive interface and ease of use, which simplify the daily work of the online reputation teams. In short, MARA has become a very useful tool to improve operational efficiency and maintain constant, careful communication with our customers.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One aspect we believe could be improved is the accuracy and depth of the analytics offered by the platform. Although MARA provides useful information for monitoring online reputation, we think it would be interesting to have more advanced analysis tools that can identify trends, compare results between establishments, and obtain more detailed conclusions about our guests' satisfaction. Likewise, a particularly important improvement for our hotel chain would be direct integration with our hotel management system (PMS), UBIKOS. This connection would better centralize information, automate certain processes, and provide a more comprehensive view of the customer experience. MARA has informed us that they are already working on this integration, which we view positively and hope will be available soon. For us, this functionality would be an important advance, as it would facilitate the incorporation of the rest of our hotels into the platform and allow us to further leverage its capabilities. Overall, we are satisfied with the solution and believe that these improvements would add significant value to a tool that is already very useful in our daily operations.
