What do you like most?
SmartSpace is a great tool for Meetings & Events. We use it daily for business analysis and reporting, and it provides valuable insight into our performance, helping us to identify trends, monitor conversion and make more informed commercial decisions. The reporting functionality is particularly useful, allowing us to easily track performance against previous years and identify areas of opportunity.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area for improvement would be the ability to include agent and client information within the reporting functionality. This would allow us to analyse business at a more granular level, identify key accounts and better understand booking trends by agent and client.
