What do you like most?
Upsell Guru has been an outstanding platform to work with. The system is very user-friendly, making it easy to manage and customize settings on the backend. The team is incredibly responsive, communication has been excellent throughout the entire process, and support has always been timely and helpful. A special shoutout to Zsarra and Aafke for their exceptional partnership—they've been fantastic to work with and have made the implementation and ongoing experience seamless.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Overall, my experience with Upsell Guru has been excellent. The only improvement I've noticed would be the ability for manually processed transactions to automatically post to the PMS. Adding an auto-posting feature for manual transactions would further streamline operations and make an already great platform even more efficient.
