What do you like most?
I find it user-friendly. We’re not using all the features yet, but we’re getting there bit by bit. I’m not usually quick to get to grips with new systems, but there’s always a clear explanation. If I have any questions, they’re answered quickly and I can always book a call!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Perhaps it would be nice if, even when very minor adjustments or changes are made to the system, we were clearly informed of this and told how to deal with it. Otherwise, it’s absolutely brilliant!
