What do you like most?
Mara collects the reviews from all relevant review platforms in one central location, creating a clear and efficient way of working. Instead of having to open and monitor various websites individually, all guest reviews can be viewed and processed bundled in a single interface. This not only saves time but also significantly facilitates the tracking of incoming reviews. Particularly practical is also that the responses created in Mara are then automatically published on the respective review portals. This eliminates the additional manual effort of entering the responses separately on each individual platform. Overall, this ensures a much leaner process, more overview in daily business, and faster as well as consistent communication with our guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In the future, the responses could be formulated even more individually and personally to give guests a stronger feeling that their specific feedback is being addressed. It would be desirable to specifically address the individual aspects of a review and not just generally thank for the feedback. For example, particularly positively highlighted areas such as service, rooms, or gastronomy can be addressed as well as specific points of criticism. This creates more appreciation, increases the authenticity of the responses, and shows guests that their feedback is read attentively and taken seriously.
