What do you like most?
This past year I was promoted and as a part of my role, I took on managing E-Tips for my department and every time I have an issue or concern, the customer support team is super responsive and attentive. I have never had that type of prompt service (and its consistent) when dealing with platforms such as E-Tip.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The amount of times it crashes and the login in process. Every time I try to verify, it says the code is wrong (even though its right) but makes me repeat it and then im able to login.
