What do you like most?
I really like being able to communicate with guest via text message. Guest responses are often quicker than email. Mobile check-in makes it easy for those guests on a schedule for work.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Identify 3rd party reservations for more accurate guest info. AI response approval before sending to guest as feedback not often in conjunction with topic.
