What do you like most?
We use TrustYou across our hotel for CXP reviews and surveys, reputation management, and the CDP. Having guest feedback, online reputation and guest data in one platform has made it much easier for our team to understand guests and act on what they tell us. The customer support team is excellent: responsive, knowledgeable and always willing to help. Brilliant support from start to finish. Highly recommended for any hotel serious about guest experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The previous version of the CXP platform felt easier to read and navigate than the current one. The new interface has more to offer, but finding key information at a glance now takes us longer. We would also love to have the in-platform guide or report assistant that walks users through pulling specific reports step by step. This would help team members who don’t use the system every day get the insights they need without contacting support.
