What do you like most?
Fast and efficient customer service and personal contact with staff. Easy to use for the reception team and marketing department. Numerous marketing campaign options – voucher codes/on-top vouchers, etc. User-friendly backend and quick website integration.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Opera Cloud redemption interface - for our reception team it would be more practical if they did not have to open the Incert backend to redeem the vouchers, but if the redemption took place in the Opera Cloud (as was previously the case with Fidelio).
