What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Greater advanced customization of the booking engine. Although it's already very comprehensive, it's always valuable to have more visual and design options that allow the hotel to tailor the experience. More visual dashboard and reports. Data-driven suggestions would help optimize rates and strategies more quickly. Even more graphical and customizable dashboards would allow for performance analysis at a glance.
