What do you like most?
I do not have much. But the new alert features under marking is helpful. I wish the pictures can be cropped more easily.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to express several concerns regarding our experience with Hoteza: Delayed Responses: Responses from Hoteza are often not provided unless we chase them. I am still waiting for the development team to confirm if the overdue response can be arranged. Limited Technology: The technology lacks user-friendly options and intuitive updates for pictures and selections, which doesn’t meet our needs. Reliability Issues: There are reliability concerns, particularly in the orders section, where notifications may not sound, causing us to miss orders. When we consulted Hoteza through our IT team, we were informed that there is no solution available. Slow Configuration Changes: When changes are requested in the configuration, it takes about 40 minutes to reflect in the BSP, which is quite slow. Additionally, there are discrepancies between the actual tablets in the rooms and the configured content. Overall, these technological issues put us behind our competitors in the industry. Therefore, we have been suggesting to HQ that we consider changing the vendor. Thank you for your attention to these matters.
