What do you like most?
Its very easily laid out for anyone to use, I mainly use it to book VIP amenities and as a way for the hotel to know what VIPs are staying with us.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
the only thing i would change would be the ability to delete an amenity especially if there are last minute changes and a guest is no longer staying with us or if there was more of a connection between opera and Alice to communicate with each other on that regard.
