What do you like most?
Easy and efficient to delegate tasks to maintenance and housekeeping. To set specific rooms as priority is very convenient. Results in less communication with mobile phone.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The communication with MEWS could have been even better. We are missing better integration with minibar items sent to MEWS.
