What do you like most?
Extremely easy to use and quite effective. Like it says Snapfix, you simply take a snap and fix the problem by reporting it to the concerned person / department.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing, I don't think of anything specific but if it can connect with the PMS system, that can make things more easier to put room out of order via snapfix app.
