What do you like most?
What I like most is that they offer a range of options to choose from, and that you can request corrections and even edit the comments if you need to add something more specific.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Just to mention one thing: the speed at which reviews are posted – it takes a day or two from the time they’re submitted to the websites until they appear on Hotelbeds – but I know that probably can’t be improved.
