Their customer service and tech support is wonderful! :). I appreciate knowing these folks on a first name basis and their willingness, enthusiasm and expertise helps me to feel comfortable speaking with them about issues that arise.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Better assistance with OTA fraud prevention also better follow up on Google ads, and follow up on our new website design as we have updates from time to time.
