What do you like most?
Hub Buildings has helped us increasing the productivity not only in HK and Maintenance that they did, this program found better timings in some other areas like FB, reception, etc, giving us also the oportunity of analizing our structure and finding bottle necks, and something we think was important, damatically reduced the number of internal calls !!. First, they analized our hotel and see how we were working so they prepared the project with details. Since the beginning always helping and trying to look for increasing productivity solutions. We looked at several options but Hub was the best one in all ways.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
All points we found could help, they develop, they were able to solve one issue we had with an specific mobile model in less than 48 hours, excellent support !!!.
