What do you like most?
Their team was extremely helpful and supportive during the whole onboarding and remains so. We have a complex business model that required some customization and BBOT was very clear with setting our expectations for what could and could not be done, and then keeping us informed about timelines. They were super responsive when we had questions and concerns, too.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For some companies, like ours, who are just adapting to new technologies, it would be helpful to explain what kind of "point person" we need to have and what the expectations are for the client's ability, or at leasts, a more comprehensive, documented explanation of the onboarding process and what's needed from start to finish. This very well may have been provided and I just missed it.
