What do you like most?
Hotel guests information, upsell room through Choose the room option, introduction for hotel felicities before guests arrival. Mobile key option
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Improve on payment rules recognition functionality, integrated with Opera, so guests can actually use the app for their entire journey, pre-during-after. Can pre book all F&B facilities on the app in advance. pay on the app as well. Enhance the functionality for passport scanning, currently it is still quiet challenge for our guests.
