It was essential for the hotel, to be able to communicate with their guests in the digital world in the same sophisticated way as they do when they service them in person. Hotel Excelsior Ernst had been using another tool for our guest communication for some years already, but as that vendor was acquired and became part of a bigger company, they didn’t feel that they were receiving the same support anymore.
