Housekeepers cleaning routines times what they guests wanted when they cleaned the rooms. if there were any discrepancies we can figure that out. we can put in late checkouts early check ins we can easily add work orders trackrooms. put in tickets to prevent future issues with the rooms.

The days of the spiral notebook for a logbook are long gone. We post everything on Lodgistics. We use the lost and found to track items left by guests. We post all packages received for guests. Best of all we post guest complaints, which gives me the chance to correct the issue before they call GA.
