The integration combines two top solutions, connecting HotelKey’s data with Syniverse and Meta for SMS (Short messaging service), MMS (Multimedia messaging service, and IP (Internet protocol) messaging through ConnectionsGT CPAAS. This lets hotel owners, managers, operations personalize and enhance the guest experience from pre-arrival to post-stay, communicating with each guest based on their personal preferences.
The ConnectionsGT User Interface also improves staff communication and group-based routing, helping managers monitor activities and interactions more effectively.
