Leonardo Hotels Central Europe proudly announces its partnership with Duve, by introducing Duve’s online check-in tools at its hotels across Central Europe. This collaboration aims to provide guests with an unparalleled level of convenience and elevate their overall stay experience.
Duve's online check-in platform empowers Leonardo Hotels to streamline the entire arrival process, including passport scans, electronic registration card signatures, and the submission of important information before arrival. Additionally, by seamlessly integrating with Leonardo Hotels’ payment provider, guests can conveniently settle their accommodation fees and authorization holds through Duve's online check-in. This advancement not only optimizes staff efficiency but also allows the hotel to gather guest information in advance, enabling Leonardo Hotels to offer highly personalized services to guests throughout their journey.
Duve is already operational in numerous Leonardo Hotels in Germany and will soon be rolled out across the entire Dach region,Italy and Poland hotels as well. Future plans of the Leonardo Hotels and Duve partnership include integrating mobile keys into the Duve guest app, empowering guests to effortlessly access their rooms using their smartphones. Additionally, Leonardo Hotels will offer a range of add-on services through Duve’s upselling tools, such as room upgrades, early check-in, late check-out, and various in-house amenities. Guests will be able to conveniently purchase these services at any point before or during their stay, all from the comfort of their smartphones.
