MeetingPackage and Tripleseat Partner to Streamline Global M&E Bookings
MeetingPackage and Tripleseat Announce Strategic Partnership to Streamline Global Meetings & Events Bookings
MeetingPackage, the global leader in Meetings & Events (M&E) distribution and booking automation, has partnered with Tripleseat, a premier web-based catering and event management platform for restaurants, hotels, and unique venues. This collaboration will allow hotels and venues using Tripleseat to connect with MeetingPackage’s global network—enabling real-time meeting room bookings, seamless RFP handling, and efficient group sales management across both direct and indirect channels.
“Our partnership with Tripleseat represents a significant step toward unifying the fragmented M&E booking landscape,” said Joonas Ahola, CEO & Founder of MeetingPackage. “By combining our strengths, we provide venues with a seamless solution that simplifies operations and enhances the customer experience. Venues are better equipped to manage the whole user journey from the initial booking to the actual event management.”
Through this integration, venues using Tripleseat can now tap into MeetingPackage’s extensive distribution ecosystem while maintaining control of their event inventory and pricing. Availability and booking data sync automatically between platforms, minimizing manual work, reducing response times, and ensuring accuracy across all sales channels.
“At Tripleseat, we’re always looking for innovative ways to help our hotel partners streamline operations and grow their group business. Partnering with MeetingPackage allows us to deliver real-time availability and instant booking capabilities, which today’s planners expect. This collaboration expands our reach, enhances the booking experience, and gives our customers a powerful edge in a competitive market," said Whitney Spratt, General Manager, Hotels at Tripleseat.
For planners, booking a Tripleseat hotel or venue—whether directly on the venue’s website, through the MeetingPackage Booking Engine, or via a third-party channel—is seamless. They can search, inquire, and confirm in a single, streamlined journey. The benefits for venues are clear: reduced administrative workload, faster lead conversion, and broader exposure across domestic and international markets.
The integration is scheduled to go live in 2025 and will be available to venues across both platforms.
