MeetingPackage Expands Integration with Cvent to Support RFP Management, Enhancing the MICE Hotel and Venue Booking Process

MeetingPackage, the leading venue booking automation solutions provider, announces the expansion of its integration with Cvent. Building upon its integration with Cvent Instant Book last year, the collaboration now includes an integration with the Cvent Supplier Network (CSN), one of the world’s largest MICE hotel and venue-sourcing marketplaces. The integration further streamlines the hotel and venue booking experience for both hospitality professionals and event planners.

With this latest development, venues using MeetingPackage can now receive and manage their CSN RFPs directly within the platform, in addition to offering real-time availability and instant booking options. This ensures that venues can cater to a broader range of customer needs, whether planners seek immediate confirmation or require a more tailored proposal process.
