Two Yanolja Cloud Solution Properties Report Double-Digit RevPAR Growth in Q2 2026

Yanolja Cloud Solution has published second quarter 2026 results from two properties running its full platform, with property management, channel management, booking engine and point of sale on one system.

Sinabung Hills Diamond Hotel in Indonesia grew room revenue 9.5% quarter over quarter. Occupancy reached 70%, a rise of 15.5 percentage points, and RevPAR improved 10.4%.

Brentwood Inn & Suites in the United States grew revenue 68.7% between the first and second quarters of 2026. Occupancy rose 7.1 percentage points and RevPAR improved 50.4%.

The two properties sit in different markets, at different price points, on different demand curves. What they share is a single operational record. When the property management system, the channel manager, the booking engine and the point of sale all read from the same inventory and the same rates, the gap closes between what a property is actually selling and what it believes it is selling. That gap is where independent hotels lose occupancy and rate at the same time.
