If links expire, payers can create new links to complete payments that are past due or declined. Our clients love it, our team loves it - there are so many easy to use features. This truly helps us to streamline the payment process for our clients & lets our team check things off of their lists in advance (which makes ALL the difference for us some weeks.) The security features are incredible; our clients feel that their information is secure and we have never had any trouble/concerns/etc. We can send documents individually right from Sertifi but we also have it integrated into our sales system. This truly is life changing! We are able to click a couple buttons and then get directly into the Sertifi billing system seamlessly.
