What do you like most?
As a sales manager for hotels, I use Sertifi almost daily. This has only grown since the first time I started using it 5 years ago. From proposal to deposits and everything in between, Sertifi has given me control on how to efficiently help my clients. I save time on following up with clients as I get notification as soon as they open and complete tasks. Their dashboard is super simple to work with and user friendly for the clients. Their Payments Processing Software make deposits are a breeze, as all I need to do is input the deposits for the date I want to send and they automatically go to the client's inbox. I like that all can see progress on this, so even my other team members can easily see where we are. I can also confidently share this link with my customers knowing their privacy is taken very seriously. This day and age, clients are wary of opening links, or especially paying by them. Sertifi makes sure the client knows security is important and has made their process very trustworthy and safe. Besides deposits, I love using Sertifi for contracts. Forget printing, scanning, and finding a pen, Sertifi provides an efficient way to get my contracts in the hands of the signors, and back to me, with an immediate copy sent to both parties. There is no question as to who signed, as it must go to their email alone, as is timestamped accordingly. Serifi also sends pleasant reminders on both the deposits and contracts to ensure clients keep these important items at the top of mind. I am very pleased with how much Sertifi has grown since I first started using them. The fact that they just keep expanding their services, and perfecting those that are already established, makes them a great choice for a busy hotel!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I believe the actual button to start/complete the documents or payment could look a little more clear. It is currently in the corner by the person who sends it, where I think it could be more easy to see. Many times I do need to explain this to a client.
