Very powerful product that allows property managers to implement dynamic pricing, and compare their rates to the market. Great to work with from an integration perspective and always provided great support and marketing opportunities.
PriceLabs is incredible in the way they are data driven! Their interface is user friendly, and they staff are incredible to work with. They offer great education and support to their customers and I'm proud to work with them. Lastly, PriceLabs integrates with our software seamlessly for a great PMS experience.

Compared to other revenue management systems we've integrated with, PriceLabs gives the user more control over the pricing algorithms, the integration itself was easier, and they provided better support for both us and our mutual users.
I have to say the way they are data drive and the support/education they provide their customers. PriceLabs has leading data technology that provides accurate pricing information including taking holiday, events, and the time of year into consideration. Pricing recommendations are also available daily so you can adjust your pricing accordingly!
The integration is seamless, and our users appreciate the intuitive interface and the depth of data analytics that PriceLabs provides. Moreover, the collaboration with their customer support team has been exemplary, ensuring that any integration issues are resolved swiftly.
I have not used competitors product but I want to highlight the excellent service an support we receive from Richie Khandelwal and Daniel Zammata. They make us feel important and have been key for our improvements,

Choose PriceLabs in case you're managing vacation rentals, minimum LOS optimization is important for you and also looking for the best-in-class pricing automation based on relevant market data (eg. Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, events, holidays).
Invest the time to understand the part PriceLabs plays in your overall rate management strategy, and how to set up your rules to maximize your rental income while staying within your desired parameters like minimum nightly rate and stay length. The only negative feedback we've heard is from clients who expected "magic" and did not take the time to learn how it worked.
Watch the demo if you are on the fence about purchasing the product. You'll see first hand how the data will provide you with accurate and competitive pricing in your rental area. Additionally, if you are using a property management system you will probably be able to integrate PriceLabs into it! How convenient is that?
I would ensure that they have strong connections with a PMS or Channel Manager and that the updates they make in Pricelabs appear in OTAs correctly and on time. This is a sign that the PMS/Channel manager has strong, official integrations with the OTAs. Also, every software is as good as the user is able to set it up. It pays to spend time ensuring that the pricing recommendation engine works for your specific type of property and market. The PriceLabs team has a ton of excellent documentation on how to best use their tools.
Make sure you have the right kind of personnel tu use the tool. They need to be tech savy and analytical. They also need to be very disciplined in the setup and dally managment in order to make the best use of the Procelabs Dynamic Pricing.
