PriceLabs is incredible in the way they are data driven! Their interface is user friendly, and they staff are incredible to work with. They offer great education and support to their customers and I'm proud to work with them. Lastly, PriceLabs integrates with our software seamlessly for a great PMS experience.

They rate properties well. Their Tech Service is very fast and reacts whenever's needed. They are collaborative and easy to work with. Very professional. Concerned about the quality of service, and always aiming to provide the best possible one.

I have to say the way they are data drive and the support/education they provide their customers. PriceLabs has leading data technology that provides accurate pricing information including taking holiday, events, and the time of year into consideration. Pricing recommendations are also available daily so you can adjust your pricing accordingly!
The integration is seamless, and our users appreciate the intuitive interface and the depth of data analytics that PriceLabs provides. Moreover, the collaboration with their customer support team has been exemplary, ensuring that any integration issues are resolved swiftly.
I feel PriceLabs is a commonly mentioned name in the industry and one of the most adopted tools. Its algorithm is intelligently analyzing multiple factors in real-time to optimize pricing, such as market demand, seasonal trends, and local events. The platform provides extreme flexibility with its rules and customization options. I personally like the "mid-term rental" option since my own portfolio consists of this. Additionally, if you are using a property management system you will probably be able to integrate PriceLabs into it! How convenient is that?
I would ensure that they have strong connections with a PMS or Channel Manager and that the updates they make in Pricelabs appear in OTAs correctly and on time. This is a sign that the PMS/Channel manager has strong, official integrations with the OTAs. Also, every software is as good as the user is able to set it up. It pays to spend time ensuring that the pricing recommendation engine works for your specific type of property and market. The PriceLabs team has a ton of excellent documentation on how to best use their tools.
