faster than other channel manager by means of the booking received and availability. Siteminder is well regonised channel manager i had been using.

price a little bit higher than others but all the others are good. If the user can delete the channel which is not in use could be better

SiteMinder (Insights) Review: I found SM very well in its distribution channels

I like the fact that SM has many linking to lots of Travel Agent and OTA's. Their compset is beneficial also.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Only critique would be to employ more people to answer any enquiries that are sent to their team as sometimes wait time is 48 hours
