Answer:

The channel manager integration is very powerful and reliable. Information travels in a very secure mode and there are no gaps in that information. It is highly recommended to use this application to be sure that all data will arrive correctly.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

It is an easy product to integrate and then it works without errors. I do not know if this will be the same in other products, but in this case I can say that it is very well proposed. It is highly recommended to have it.

Answer:

Reliable and safe. Easy to operate and easy to maintain. Good response and a lot of data transfer power, which is very important in the hospitality world. Speed is needed in the management of room reservations and it is fulfilled

What do you like most?

Siteminder delivers what all the things it promises. User interface and it's setups are easy to configure and use. Support is also really helpful and easy to reach.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The data insights are something I would always like to dig into more. So that is something that you can not have too much of in my opinion.

The system itself. I have peace of mind with relations to thecontrol of managing the inflows and outflows of the process.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

maybe on resolution if problem arises with the system the timeframe of solution should be addressed shortly.Tiime is an essence as we speak.but I'm happy with the product

What do you like most?

I like its simplicity and ease of movement. Very easy the subject of making collective price changes, closing the sale, etc.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

I would like it to be possible to see a history of price change and the sale price in the inventory and history to days ago. We will be able to look back in the inventory

Simple interface and very fast synchronization. Support and on boarding team is very nice and enthusiasm. Easy to use and update.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Should control on inventory in stead of control on each rate plan which currently may cause of missing stop sales and overbooking.

The customer's service is very very difficult to contact. Many e-mail tardy response including a call. Please improved is function will be better.
