What do you like most?
Canary is very convenient with regards of guests needs. It's very easy to use. It's also automatic connected to our pos so most notes are recorded.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I guess nothing to improved, so far everything works so well and convenient conversation between guests and hotel staff. Plus the AI response is also helpful when staff are unavailable.
