What do you like most?
It keeps track of things. It makes them easier to follow. The scheduling thing is good and helpful. There is a lot to it.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Lots of technical issues, too many questions to be answered in a year and a lot of them are pointless but we have to jump through a million hoops to get help. One big thing is on the Transcendent app, make it so you can select multiple work orders to assign in one go vs having to do each individually.
